  Rajbita is a quiet-luxury house from New Delhi crafting two collections — designer PU leather bags for women, and curated personalised gifting. We believe in slow design, made-to-last materials, and the kind of details only you would notice.

• Where do you ship, and how long does it take?

  We ship across India in 3–5 working days and worldwide in 7–14 working days. Personalised gifts leave our atelier within 48 hours of order confirmation; designer bags ship within 24 hours for in-stock pieces.

• Are your bags real leather?

  No — every Rajbita bag is crafted from premium PU (vegan) leather. It's soft to the touch, structured where it needs to be, and ages gracefully with use. No animal product is used in our bags or hardware.

• How does personalised gifting work?

  Choose a piece, share the details — a name, a date, a photo, an inscription — at checkout, and our atelier does the rest. For anything involving a face, signature or handwriting, we'll email a digital proof before final dispatch.

• What is your return and repair policy?

  Non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition. Personalised pieces are final sale — they were made for one specific person. Every Rajbita bag also carries a lifetime repairs promise; reach out and we'll take care of it.
